Electrical and mechanical breakdowns for listed appliances, unlimited repairs, parts, labour and call-out charges. After the initial repair is not sucessful, we'll replace it with a brand new item of a similar technical specification. See our plan details above for the full outline.
Pre-existing faults or issues known before cover starts, cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality, indirect costs, commercial use and malicious damage. Replacement at the initial stage. If we cannot repair the item at the initial stage, the plan will be cancelled and any payments made will be refunded. Check the "What's not included" link for the full list.
